Return Policy
As a wholesale supplier, all sales are generally final and non-returnable. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Returns & Replacement Policy
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
- Customers can return the product within 3–5 days after receiving the order.
- The customer must provide clear image and video proof of the defect within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
- Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Important Notes
- Returns due to size issues, color variations, or change of mind will not be accepted, as this is a wholesale purchase.
- The return courier charges and transit risk will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Refunds & Replacements
- Once the returned product is received and verified, we will replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution based on availability.
- Refunds will be credited to the customer’s account within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
- Exchanged or replaced products will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
